HEATING

State of the art mechanical HVAC system:
VRF system absorbs heat in the outdoor air and utilizes clean electrical energy to deliver the most efficient, lowest carbon system heating and cooling solution to each individual suite. The VRF system uses 800% less carbon than a conventional system that utilizes natural gas fired boiler for heating. In addition, if your neighbour likes their suite a little cooler to the point where the AC in the suite turns on, this neighbour’s unwanted heat will be transferred to other suites that can utilize this heat prior to using electrical energy for heating.
